Section Four offers a curated range of thrifted and new clothing for sale online. Due to the unique nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

 

1. General Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the limited situations described below.

 

2. Eligible Return Conditions

We will accept a return or provide a refund only if:

  • The item you received is significantly different from its description or listing (e.g., wrong size, major defect not disclosed).
  • The item arrives damaged in transit.

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing us at [Insert Customer Service Email] with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item (including defects or damages)
  • Description of the issue

 

3. Ineligible Returns

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor wear and tear expected of second-hand items
  • Fit or sizing issues if the product matched the listed size
  • Items clearly described and sold “as-is”

 

4. Return Process (If Eligible)

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange collection or direct you to send the item back via approved courier.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.

 

5. Policy Compliance

This return and refund policy complies with Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), which allows sellers of second-hand goods to limit returns when disclosed before purchase.
